I received a good news while we're on holiday, the publisher contacted me and plan to publish my children books in 2012 (this year). I need to finish all books before March/April and sign the contract with them. Isn't it wonderful? .. hard work almost bring its fruit, and boy how it taste sweet ..
Actually I got a mixed emotion at the year end .. I didn't sleep well. I was still waiting for my biopsy result (I found a lump on my left neck) but I felt it's getting smaller .. doctor who performed the biopsy said I shouldn't worry, it might be just a simple viral virus that came as easy as it left .. but we need to know what it actually is and that got me a bit worried. The holiday was awesome, the kids loved Paris. I think the happy feeling got me forgot about my lump .. and when we're back from holiday, I felt it was gone .. when doctor did the scan he said it's true .. not gone but got smaller, before it was about 1 cm long, now only some millimeters, size of a tiny pea. Lets hope it's nothing serious ...
So yes, new year, new project, new contract, new job .. more than enough to get me excited and forget about the tiny lump. I feel okay, just a bit tired maybe .. but knowing that I'm healthy, it's the best news for me.
