Today I received an email from my ex-colleague in LFS. She told me that they missed me in school and that finally one of our colleague (the one with "the problem") resigned by this end of May. Wow .. I can't imagine how it got serious .. I mean, from my point of view, looking from any point of view for that matter, this person always got herself in trouble, every time.

She can't get along with her colleagues, she sometimes spread rumors, and I think she applied for the job in school for the wrong reason! .. she just wanted to "protect" her kids who got bullied. She thought that if she works inside the school, she can fight, she can challenge the system, the teachers, her colleagues ... how wrong she was ... that's not how it works. When your kids got bullied, first you need to talk to the teacher of your kid's class, see how it goes .. not go blowing up the problem or escalate things up. If it got more serious or worse, then maybe you can think of a more proper and serious steps.

I already gave her advice when she asked me, but she wouldn't listened .. and the last time she called me she's so mad and ended up yelling at me too then hung up the phone ... so, this is the ending of her story in the school, finally she gave up and quit.
