.. but sometimes it's not that easy :-)The beginning of this year I got news from my ex-colleagues that the school is hiring 2 new staffs to replace me. I personally think it's a bit too much, I mean, if the coordination of all the 'surveillantes' both full-time and part-time is clear and if the boss could organize her staff more efficiently, then they actually don't need to hire too many people. But well, that's what I think and off course I'm not the one who's making the decision.
So I think now with more surveillante, there would be less chaos, less trouble .. but I was wrong. My ex-colleague said that there are more chaos and problems are getting bigger .. my colleagues had a quarrel and each of them blaming each other's fault .. cat fight? jealousy? I don't know .. I had no idea .. and both of them talked to me about it in their own version of story, so when I listened to both side of the stories, I think it's only a misunderstanding .. and they should talk to clear things out, if they still want to work together in harmony and wanted to still be friends.
You know sometimes our most difficult task as a friend is to offer understanding when we don't understand. Why girlfriends sometimes make things more complicated than it was. Why can they just be more straight forward like men?. Why can they accept that they can grow separately without growing apart? they can have different opinion without arguing? .. after all, we're all different personalities and we can't completely understand what's going on in someone else's head. It's impossible to do it if we don't talk about it, is it too difficult to talk? ... gosh.
I begin to hesitate receiving calls or to meet them, they're both acting silly ... I said that what had happened between them it's their problems to solved, I can only listen and give my opinion when asked .. which now I think it's already too much and too annoying ..
